Welcome to
Bella-Reed Pit Bull Rescue!

Dedicated to rescuing and re-homing the most misunderstood breed in the
world:  one pit bull at a time.
Our first year as a rescue, 2013, has been a huge success!  Thank you to all our volunteers, foster parents, and all of you who have adopted and saved the lives of our wonderful rescue dogs!  Please enjoy the video that Melissa, Bella-Reed Pit Bull Rescue's President, has put together showing all the hard work and effort that went into making 2013 a very rewarding year!

Bella-Reed Pit Bull Rescue (BRPBR) is a non-profit pit bull rescue organization located in Southeastern, Pennsylvania.  We are a small network of hardworking volunteers and foster homes dedicated to advocating for the most misunderstood breed in the world:  The American Pit Bull Terrier.  We are completely devoted to the positive promotion of the pit bull.  While we work strictly out of the Philadelphia and NJ areas, we network with rescue groups and other informative groups all over the world.

We do not have a brick and mortar location for people to visit, AKA a kennel or a shelter.  We rely solely on our foster homes to provide the love and care our dogs need until they find their forever home.  If you are interested in fostering, please visit our "Foster" tab on our website or send us an email for a foster application at bellareedpitbullrescue@aol.com.

We attend a lot of events in Pennsylvania and New Jersey!  Please see our "Events" tab on our website for dates and locations near you.

Your donations to our organization are 100% tax-deductible. Please consider making a donation to help further our cause. Include an email address or mailing address with your donation and we will send you a receipt for your tax purposes.
